Game data on your device

The game stores your level progress, unlocked and equipped marble skins, and control preferences locally on your device. You do not need to create a game account. The game does not ask you to enter your name, date of birth, precise location, contacts, photos, or payment information to play.

Advertising

Marble Mischief integrates Google AdMob and Google’s User Messaging Platform. When those services operate, Google may process your IP address (which can indicate approximate location), device or app identifiers, ad views and interactions, crash information, and performance information. These support ad delivery, measurement, diagnostics, and service operation. What is processed depends on the SDK settings, permissions, and applicable consent choices.

The current game configuration requests child age treatment and a maximum G ad-content rating for all players. It does not ask for an age or request Apple’s advertising-tracking permission. These settings do not mean that advertising services collect no technical data.

Children and families

Marble Mischief is intended for a general audience that includes children. The current advertising protections apply to all players. Parents or guardians should handle support requests for children and can contact us about information a child may have shared.

When you contact support

If you email support, your email address, message, and any attachments will be used to respond, investigate the issue, and manage related requests. Please share only what is needed. Our email provider also processes messages to deliver and store them.

This website

These pages contain no advertising, analytics scripts, contact forms, or embedded third-party media. The hosting service may process normal connection information, such as IP addresses and browser details, to deliver and protect the site. Following an external link takes you to a service with its own privacy practices.

Your choices and deletion

Where required, use “Ad privacy choices” in the game’s main menu to review available advertising choices. Local game data remains on your device until removed; deleting the app may erase progress, although device backups can retain copies. We cannot remotely restore or erase a local save. Contact us to request access to or deletion of support correspondence, or to raise a privacy concern. Rights and available options depend on where you live. Google handles information it holds under its own privacy policy and controls.

Retention and security

Local saves remain until removed from the device. We retain support correspondence only as needed to address requests and any applicable recordkeeping obligations. Advertising-service retention is governed by Google’s practices. No online service can guarantee absolute security; avoid sending sensitive information in support messages.

Changes

This page will be updated when the game’s data practices change, with an updated effective date. Material changes will be communicated as required.
